Roberto Giorgioni of Bongusto fresh artisanal pasta makes traditional Italian pasta & pizza in Mirimar, Wellington. He has been supplying fresh pasta to a selection of Wellington's finest restaurants for the past few years and, in 2013, he opened Merkato Fresh where he sells freshly made pasta, pasta sauces and Rome-style pizzas to the lucky people of Mirimar.

Hailing from Rome, Roberto makes his products using Nonna Bella's traditional recipes and all New Zealand ingredients.  His proudly local business is dedicated to premium quality products made with passion.
Roberto uses fresh eggs in his pasta, meaning it is a great source of protein and high in vitamin E.  And because it takes only 3 minutes to cook, it is the perfect quick & easy meal when combined with one of his delicious sauces.  Urban Harvest is lucky enough to have a limited range of Bongusto pasta available online including rigatoni, fettucini, radiatori, casarecce and two types of ravioli which are complimented perfectly by his range of sauces (bolognese, napoli, arrabiata and puttanesca).
