Chimichurri is an Argentinian herb sauce used for grilled meats. Tart, herbaceous, and absolutely addictive it is a perfect match for rich, beefy steak, giving it a Spring like lift.  It is also quite flexible use-wise. Put it on top of your grilled steak, use it to marinade some pork or vegetable kebabs, or stir some through your vegetable soup. It is a great recipe to have in your cooking reportoire.
