WHAT FRUIT DO YOU PUT IN YOUR HAMPERS?
Our fruit hampers are carefully curated with a variety of fresh, seasonal fruits. Depending on the season, the selection may include popular choices such as a range of apples, oranges, bananas, stone fruit, kiwifruit, and more, and we aim to provide the most variety possible with every hamper.

WHERE DO YOU SOURCE IT FROM?
We prioritise quality and sustainability by sourcing our fruits locally from trusted suppliers around New Zealand. This ensures that you receive the freshest produce while supporting our local community. Where we can’t source a product locally (like banana’s) we aim to keep it as sustainable as possible by ordering FairTrade bananas.

DO YOU HAVE ORGANIC FRUIT?
Currently we don’t offer an organic variety of fruit, but we do our best to source the next best, high quality fruit available.

WHAT IS THE FRUIT DELIVERED IN?
Our smaller fruit hampers and milk are delivered in eco-friendly and sustainable chiller bags, and bigger fruit hampers are delivered in our signature Urban Harvest boxes. We collect them to continually reuse, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility.

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY AREA?
Delivery AreasCurrently, our delivery service covers workplaces in wider Wellington central, Lower Hutt and Porirua areas. Check our delivery page on our website by below for specific delivery areas and any potential expansions in the future.

WHAT DAYS / TIMES DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver any day of the week, except Saturdays. Our most popular delivery days are Sunday / Monday so you and your team have fresh fruit as soon as your work week starts!

CAN WE SPECIFY WHAT FRUIT WE WANT IN OUR HAMPER?
Absolutely! We offer both standard and customised options. With our customised hampers, you have the flexibility to choose the specific fruits that best suit your preferences and needs. Standard options we choose the fruit for you with what we know to be at its best seasonally and know to be popular at workplaces.

CAN WE CHANGE OUR ORDER REGULARLY?
Certainly! We understand that preferences and amounts may change. If you think you and your staff need more or less fruit you can easily modify your order through your online account or by contacting our customer service team before the designated cutoff time for changes (9am Thusday prior to the week you are wanting delivery). If you have a customised hamper subscription, you can specify a certain amount of fruit that you would like more or less of.

HOW DO WE ORDER?
To place an order, simply visit our website and browse through our available options. Select the desired items, choose the delivery schedule, and whether it is a one off or subscription order and proceed to checkout. Or email us and we can help you set up an offline subscription!

WHAT DO YOU DELIVER BESIDES FRUIT?
In addition to our delicious fruit hampers, we also offer a selection of milk, coffee, bread, snacks and catering providing a comprehensive delivery service to workplaces in Wellington.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FRUIT ARRIVES SQUISHED?
If any of your fruit arrives damaged or squished, please contact our customer service immediately at info@urbanharvest.co.nz or on 021 440 487 and we will promptly address the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

HOW DO WE KNOW IT WILL BE FRESH AND GOOD QUALITY?
We guarantee the freshness and quality of our fruits. Our commitment to sourcing locally ensures that the produce is harvested at its peak, and our stringent quality control measures ensure that only the finest fruits make it into our hampers. We are human and pack each hamper individually, so occasionally the odd not so fab fruit can slip through, but we pride ourselves on this happening few and far between.
