Urban Harvest is all about feeding you well. That means supplying you & your team or family with the freshest, tastiest, local fruit, milk, eggs & delicious catering to keep you healthy, productive & happy.

We deliver to homes in Wellington City, Porirua & Lower Hutt on Mondays only (provided your home address is near our workplace delivery routes). Our workplace deliveries cover the CBD, Mt Cook, Mt Victoria, Oriental Bay, Karori, Kelburn, Northland, Thorndon, Miramar, Newtown, Wgtn Airport, Petone, Lower Hutt and Porirua. We deliver to workplaces in Wellington City any week day (although usually Mondays & Wednesdays) and to Lower Hutt and Porirua on Mondays only.
If Monday is a public holiday, we deliver on the next working day.
If you would like to order a workplace delivery for any day other than Monday, please contact us on email@example.com as you may not be able to do this through the website.
You must place your order by 9am Friday for delivery the following Monday.
If you have a regular weekly order (whether to home or your workplace), you must let us know any changes or if you want to pause or cancel it by 9am on Friday prior to the week of delivery
We like to keep our fruit hampers local & seasonal. Bananas are the obvious exception but, subject to availability, we use All Good bananas which are fair trade & organic. We work with orchards in the Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, the Horowhenua & the Wairarapa as well as sourcing fruit via the wholesale markets when we aren’t able to source direct. Occasionally, when local fruit availability is limited, we may include some imported fruit to ensure variety but you can always let us know if you’d prefer only NZ fruit.

How to order
You can either order online (one off or recurring), email us your order on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Jo on 021 440 487 to set up a standing order. Whatever is easiest for you.

To set up a "subscription" or recurring order, simply add items you want regularly to your bag and during the check out process select "subscribe" instead of "one off order" and the frequency you want the order delivered. Then complete the check out process. You can choose to have your order delivered weekly or every 2 or more weeks (or monthly).
Your credit or debit card will be debited on the anniversary of the date you placed the order rather than the delivery date. If a product on your recurring order is not available or the price changes, you'll be alerted by email and will have a chance to change the order.
To manage your recurring orders (e.g. update, pause, or skip an order), simply log in and head to "Manage your Orders".
If Monday is a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the following working day.
For workplace deliveries, the delivery fee is $8.00 within Wellington CBD and $10.00 to Lower Hutt or Porirua.
For home delivery within Wellington City (as far north as Johnsonville only), the delivery fee is $10.
For home delivery to suburbs north of Johnsonville or in Porirua and Lower Hutt, the delivery fee is $12.50.
For pick up, there is a $5 service fee to cover the cost of picking & packing your order.
Unfortunately we can no longer deliver to Camborne, Plimmerton, Pukerua Bay, Paremata, Titahi Bay, Wainuiomata, Eastbourne or further north than Avalon in the Hutt as we do not have sufficient delivery capacity to service those areas properly.
You can either pay with a credit card online (we accept visa or mastercard). We use Shopify Payments to securely authorise credit card payments (see above for information on recurring orders). Or contact us to set up a weekly or monthly account for a standing order and pay by credit card or bank deposit/transfer.

Red chiller bags and Urban Harvest boxes
Produce will be delivered in red chiller bags or Urban Harvest boxes. Please leave these out for pick up at your next delivery or contact us if you require earlier pick up.
Freshness guarantee & hassle-free replacement
If you are not happy with any produce, we'll replace that item free of charge. If we can't replace it, we'll refund you that amount or give you an alternative product of your choosing. Please let us know by calling 021 440 487 or email email@example.com.
