Urban Harvest is open for deliveries in Red Traffic Light Settings on Mondays, and for contactless pick ups of fruit and milk on Sundays or Mondays from 10am-midday only. We will confirm your allocated pick up time by email.

What type of food we deliver

We like to keep our fruit hampers local & seasonal. Bananas are the obvious exception but, subject to availability, we use All Good bananas which are fair trade & organic. We work with orchards in the Hawke’s Bay, Gisborne, the Horowhenua & the Wairarapa as well as sourcing fruit via the wholesale markets when we aren’t able to source direct. Occasionally, when local fruit availability is limited, we may include some imported fruit to ensure variety but you can always let us know if you’d prefer only NZ fruit. We can cater any hamper to meet your needs if there are certain fruits you do not want or want more of, just get in touch!

We deliver Anchor milk (from Blue top to Zero-Lacto and everything in between!), cream & butter, Otis oat milk, Vita-soy almond, soy and coconut milk, plus Benniks free range eggs.
Snacks and extras (from Jelly Belly Catering)
For fresher, healthier alternatives to your usual cookie and cracker options see our snacks and extras section here. We deliver baked-to-order cookies and crackers in reusable containers, we collect them and can refill them if you want to add snacks to your regular order.

We deliver to workplaces in Wellington City on Sundays, Mondays & Wednesdays (contact us if you would like delivery on a different day). For Lower Hutt and Porirua, we deliver on Mondays only.
If Monday is a public holiday, we deliver on the next working day.
We deliver to homes in Wellington City on Sundays or Mondays, and to homes in Porirua & Lower Hutt on Mondays only (provided your home address is near our workplace delivery routes).
Our workplace deliveries cover the CBD, Mt Cook, Mt Victoria, Oriental Bay, Karori, Kelburn, Northland, Thorndon, Miramar, Newtown, Wgtn Airport, Petone, Lower Hutt and Porirua.
If you would like to order a workplace delivery for any day other than Monday, please contact us on email@example.com as you may not be able to do this through the website.
You must place your order by 9am Friday for delivery the following Monday (or for pick up the following Sunday/Monday)
If you have a regular weekly order (whether to home or your workplace), you must let us know any changes or if you want to pause or cancel by 9am on Friday prior to the week of delivery.
How to order
You can either order online (one off or set up a subscription), email us your order on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Jo on 021 440 487 to set up a standing order. Whatever is easiest for you.

To set up a "subscription" or recurring order, simply add items you want regularly to your bag and during the check out process select "subscribe" instead of "one off order" and select the frequency you want the order delivered. Then complete the check out process. You can choose to have your order delivered weekly or every 2 or more weeks (or monthly).
Your credit or debit card will be debited on the anniversary of the date you placed the order rather than the delivery date.
Managing your subscription
If you want to add a product to your subscription, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Jo on 021 440 487. Alternatively, follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription and then add a new subscription with the new products you want in your regular order.
To manage your recurring orders (e.g. update quantities, swap a product, pause, or skip an order or cancel your subscription), log in and click on "Account" and then "Manage Subscription".
If you want to update quantities in your subscription, go to 'Manage subscription', select 'Show details' under the subscription you want to update, select 'Edit' next to 'Products in my subscription', adjust the quantity to the desired amount for each item that is in the existing subscription and 'save'.
If you want to swap a product in your subscription, go to 'Manage subscription', select 'Show details' under the subscription you want to update, select 'Products in my subscription', select 'swap product' next to the item you want to swap out, click 'select product' next to the new item you want and select 'ok'.
All future orders will generate with the new product after the swap has been completed. You can continue to swap products on each order by following these steps between each recurring order date.
If you want to pause, skip or resume your subscription, go to 'Manage subscription', select 'Show details' under the subscription you want to update, select 'Manage upcoming orders'. To put your subscription on hold select 'Pause Future Orders', to skip a specific delivery date select 'Skip shipment' beside the upcoming order that you would like to skip.
To resume your subscription, select 'Resume future orders' near the top of the subscription details.
If you want to cancel or reactivate your subscription, go to 'Manage subscription', select 'Show details' under the subscription you want to update, select 'cancel subscription', choose a cancellation reason and 'confirm'.
To reactivate a subscription, select 'View Inactive Subscriptions' at the bottom of the page, then selecting 'Reactivate Subscription > Yes, Reactivate Subscription' under the subscription that you would like to reactivate.
For deliveries within Wellington CBD (including Newtown, Mt Cook the delivery fee is $8.50. This delivery zone is for postcodes 6011 and 6021.
For deliveries within Wellington City including Tawa (but outside the CBD), the delivery fee is $10.50. This is for postcodes 6023, 6022, 6012, 6035, 6037, 5028.
For deliveries to Petone, Lower Hutt or Porirua, the delivery fee is $12. This delivery zone is for postcodes 5010, 5012, 5011, 5022, 5024.
For pick up, there is a $3 service fee to cover the cost of picking & packing your order.
Unfortunately we can no longer deliver to Camborne, Plimmerton, Pukerua Bay, Paremata, Titahi Bay, Wainuiomata, Eastbourne or further north than Avalon in the Hutt as we do not have sufficient delivery capacity to service those areas properly.
You can either pay with a credit card online (we accept visa or mastercard). We use Shopify Payments to securely authorise credit card payments (see above for information on recurring orders).
For standing orders to workplaces (set up offline), we can invoice you weekly or monthly for payment by bank transfer or credit card. Contact us on email@example.com for more details.
Red chiller bags and Urban Harvest boxes
Produce will be delivered in Urban Harvest red chiller bags or recycled banana boxes. Please leave these out for pick up at your next delivery or contact us if you require earlier pick up. You are welcome to recycle the banana boxes with your normal recycling or leave them out for us to pick up & reuse.
Freshness guarantee & hassle-free replacement
If you are not happy with any produce, we'll replace that item free of charge. If we can't replace it, we'll refund you that amount or give you an alternative product of your choosing. Please let us know by calling 021 440 487 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
